2003 Brake controller placement How-To.

This is for the Voyager brake controller.

You will need to be a non-smoker for this to work.

Follow the instructions from your brake controller for wiring the connector to the controller.

Remove the ash tray and the ash tray compartment.


You will need to trim the opening (where you see the wires coming out) to allow for the connector to fit thru.
Slide the controller down as far as it will go. The adjusting knobs will just clean. Now mark where the back mounting holes are. Remove the brake controller and drill holes. Put the controller back in and install two screws, one on each side. Now you need to put a screw thru the ash tray into the ash tray compartment to keep it from moving.
Install the ash tray compartment. Connect the connector and you are done.
